I help clients who are going through stressful life transitions, who want to decrease loneliness, reduce depression, improve self-confidence and/or have better relationships. I tend to adapt my style to client needs. Sometimes individuals are looking for a caring listener and space to explore their issues and other times they want a therapist who will be more directive and help them identify goals and offer advice. I receive great satisfaction working with clients, offering hope and witnessing amazing personal transformations.

Fees
My regular fee for individual and couple therapy is $145 per fifty-minute hour.   If you have insurance that allows for out-of-panel providers, I will provide you with a statement for reimbursement.
