     30 – 39        You have some important relationships, but there is room for improvement.  Perhaps you want to discuss with your friend any areas above that may be problematic.

     Under 30     Time to do a friend-assessment.  What is getting in the way of having satisfying and supportive friendships?  Do you feel that you that people are taking advantage of you? Are you too nice? Are you isolated?  Is depression or anxiety getting in your way? Talking to a therapist might help you clarify your obstacles to building healthy friendships.
