     30 – 39        You have some good boundaries, but there is room for improvement.  You may want to explore ways that you feel insecure or taken advantage of.

     Under 30     Time to do a self-assessment.  Do you feel that you that people like a doormat? Are you too nice? Do you feel unsure of yourself? Talking to a therapist might help you clarify your obstacles to building healthy boundaries.
